At Cacao Huasi, our wine and chocolate pairing is a relaxed guided tasting designed to help you notice flavor in a deeper way. We pair 3 carefully selected wines with tree-to-bar chocolate, cacao drinks, and cacao beans from different fermentations and processing styles.

This is not a formal wine class. It is warm, curious, and delicious — a space to explore how chocolate changes with fruit, acidity, tannins, sweetness, spice, and texture.

As we taste together, you’ll begin to notice how wine can completely transform chocolate — bringing forward hidden notes of berries, flowers, citrus, caramel, roasted nuts, earth, tropical fruit, or spice.
