The Chocolate & Watercolor Experience is a relaxed creative session at Cacao Huasi, combining handmade Caribbean chocolate with simple watercolor painting by the sea. No experience is needed, this is not an art class — it’s about color, flavor, presence, and enjoying a gentle moment in Puerto Viejo.
We begin with cacao: tasting, smelling, and noticing the flavors of real tree-to-bar chocolate from the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. Then we move into watercolor, using the colors, textures, and feelings of cacao, fruit, jungle, sea, and memory as inspiration.
You’ll leave with your own small watercolor piece, a deeper connection to cacao, and hopefully a little more softness in your day.
